Detailed Eligibility:

• Qualification: Candidate must have done graduation in any discipline.
• Experience: Fresher (0-11 months experience acceptable)
• Batch: 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 pass outs only
• Must have excellent communication.
• Candidate should be willing to work in Voice Process (Healthcare Domain).
• The candidate should be flexible to work in night shifts.
• For 2019 Graduates All 5 Semesters original mark sheets and Final Semester online attested copy is mandatory

Job Description:

• Ability to understand customer issue and route to the appropriate team
