• Designation- Graduate Engineer Trainee
• Graduation- B.Tech / BE
• Stream- Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics and Communication/Software Engineer/Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
• 70% and above in B.Tech/BE & 12th Grade
• CTC- 2.6 LPA
• Probation- 15 Months and Service Agreement: 18 Months
• Location- Noida/Bangalore/Chennai, Willing to relocate anywhere in India
• Willing to work in 24*7 environment and any assignment

Job Description-

 • Implementation of Six sigma projects
• Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain)
• Ensuring Data center uptime according to SLAs
• Implementing New technologies and Design changes
• Applying patches/upgrades to maintain the security level
• Responsible for building and maintaining the Test environment
• Independent troubleshooting within SLA
• Manage Customer escalations
• Identify an avenue for value adds and present value add a summary
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to Network/Server/Storage devices
• Handling tickets/Requests
• Update the knowledge base
• Technically upgrade across versions of the environment when required
• Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
• Participate in monthly QA audits
